1. Right to know the reason for arrest under CRPC section 50 (1)
2. Only women police will arrest woman under CRPC section 46 (1)
3. According to CRPC section 46 (4), the woman will not be arrested after the sun sets and before the sun goes out (if the woman is to be arrested in the meantime, special permission will have to be taken).

10 Legal Rights Related to Police Arrest in Hindi : अगर आपको अपने अधिकार पता होंगे तो कोई भी आपका गलत फायदा नहीं उठा सकता है। यहाँ पर गिरफ़्तारी से जुड़े 8 अधिकार दिए गए है जो आपको पता होना ही चाहिए ताकि पुलिस आपका गलत फायदा न उठा सके।
1.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 50 (1) के तहत गिरफ़्तारी का कारण जानने का अधिकार
2.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 46 (1) के तहत महिला को सिर्फ महिला पुलिस ही गिरफ्तार करेगी
3.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 46 (4) के तहत महिला को सूरज डूबने के बाद और सूरज निकलने से पहले गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जायेगा (अगर इस बीच महिला को गिरफ्तार करना है तो स्पेशल परमिशन लेनी होगी)
4.नॉन कॉग्निजेबल ऑफेन्स के मामलो में वारंट देखने का अधिकार
5.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 41B के तहत अरेस्ट मेमो बनवाने का अधिकार
6.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 50A के तहत पुलिस को अरेस्ट किये गए पर्सन की फॅमिली या रिलेटिव्स को इस गिरफ़्तारी की सूचना देनी होगी।
7.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 55A के तहत गिरफ्तार किये गए पर्सन की हेल्थ और सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना पुलिस की ड्यूटी है।
8.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 41D के तहत गिरफ्तार हुए पर्सन को इंटेरोगेशन के दौरान अपने वकील से मिलने का अधिकार।
9.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 57 के तहत गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्ति को चौबीस घंटे से अधिक हिरासत में नहीं लिया जाएगा। अगर 24 घंटे से ज़्यादा हिरासत में रखना है तो सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 167 के तहत मेजिस्ट्रेट से परमिशन लेनी होगी।
10.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 56 के तहत 24 घंटे के अंदर मेजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश होने का अधिकार
11.सीआरपीसी सेक्शन 54 के तहत पुलिस को गिरफ्तार किये गए पर्सन की रिक्वेस्ट पर उसका मेडिकल टेस्ट कराना होगा।
